London College of Fashion(LCF), a centre of creative excellence in fashion and business, education, research and innovation is moving to part of development of a new Cultural Education District on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London.
Partnership with Westfield, who are one of the largest shopping centre corporation in World. A collaborative experiential space will be launched in 2020 to highlight the LCF experience at Westfield Stratford City. The space is designed to reflect the values and successes of LCF to increase footfall in both LCF and Westfield with relating fashion and sustainability .


One of the LCF values, “Fashion Shape Lives”, brings a message of build a sustainable future. With the message of sustainability, which is also a priority for Westfield Corporation, the Fashion Lab has been created.
Inspired by the future, combining laboratory space with fashion factory elements. The Fashion Lab is a futuristic, modern and experiential space to educate visitor on sustainability, provide LCF course work- shops relating to sustainability. Encouraging people to reuse and recycle old materials, also recreate with it. Visitors can bring their old clothing to the space to use as the materials for the workshop.





To achieve a futuristic space, three pentagon arches has been added as to create a tunnel like spacecraft space and make guide focal point at the back. Walls and Flooring would be filled with vertical lines and the lines glows to make the space more futuristic and attractive.
